Organizational Structure
Steering Committee
Composed of the Board Chairman, one Board member, and the CEO of Mobile Communications Company of Iran (MCI). Responsible for determining macro policies, formulating main investment guidelines, and supervising the group's strategic directions.
Investment Working Group
Formed by capital market specialists; meetings are held weekly:

- • Examining economic and political trends affecting the capital market
- • Analyzing financial statements and estimating value and forecasting income
- • Attending general assemblies, conferences, and related exhibitions
- • Preparing analytical reports and presenting to the Steering Committee
Risk Management Working Group
Includes specialized experts in identifying, analyzing, and monitoring investment risks. Regularly examines liquidity risks, concentration, price volatility, and Value at Risk (VaR).
